1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing Daily Speedrun Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in certain jurisdictions, you may not access or use the site.

2. Fair Play

We strive to keep the leaderboard fair for everyone. By playing, you agree not to use bots, scripts, or any automated means to cheat or submit false scores. We reserve the right to ban IPs or remove scores that are deemed suspicious (e.g., physically impossible times).

3. Intellectual Property

The game code, assets, audio, and visual design are the property of Daily Speedrun Golf and its creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the game without explicit permission.

4. User Generated Content

When you share a replay or challenge link, you grant us a license to use that replay data to display "Ghost" players to other users.
